Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
All deposits made for products, custom orders, or scheduled service with Quadfathers LLC are strictly non-refundable. Deposits secure both materials and labor scheduling for your project and are applied toward the final balance. Failure to proceed with the scheduled service or cancellation by the customer for any reason will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Limited One-Year Warranty
Quadfathers LLC provides a limited one (1) year warranty on installation workmanship and qualifying products purchased directly from the company. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Tweeters or any other speaker components that are damaged due to misuse or overpowering.
- Any amplifiers operated at 0.5 ohms or lower impedance.
- Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or customer-supplied equipment.
Unclaimed Repairs Policy
Quadfathers LLC, we value your business and are committed to providing high-quality repair services. To ensure efficient operations, we have implemented the following policy for items that remain unclaimed after repair:
Collection Period:
Customers are expected to collect their repaired items within 60 days from the date they receive the completion notification.
Notifications:
You will be notified via email, phone or text once your item is ready for pickup.
Unclaimed Items:
If any item is not picked up with the specified 60-day period, Quadfathers LLC reserves the right to sell or discard the item.
Disposition of Unclaimed Items:
The proceeds from the sale may be used to cover repair costs and fees incurred.
Responsibility:
Quadfathers LLC is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from sale or disposal of unclaimed items.

Owner Incapacity or Death Clause
In the event of the illness, incapacity, or death of the business owner of Quadfathers LLC, all existing customer agreements, appointments, and pending services shall be considered null and void. Any deposits made are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. The customer expressly agrees to release and hold harmless the owner's family members, heirs, successors, or estate from any liability, claim, or demand related to unfinished work, unfulfilled orders, or unrendered services resulting from such events.
Force Majeure
Quadfathers LLC shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, incapacity, death, natural disasters, acts of God, fire, accidents, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such events, Quadfathers LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify customers, but shall bear no obligation to refund or reschedule services beyond its discretion.
